Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Produce Smart LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use EDMVocals.io (the “Service”).

Google Sign-In Data

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access only your email address and Google account identifier for the sole purpose of authenticating your identity and creating your account. We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

1. Information We Collect

a) Information you provide directly

  • Email address (when signing up via magic link or Google)
  • Lyrics and creative inputs you submit to generate vocals

b) Information from Google Sign-In

When you choose to sign in with Google, we receive from Google:

  • Your email address
  • Your Google account identifier (used internally to link your account)

We do not access your Google contacts, Google Drive, Gmail, calendar, or any other Google service beyond basic authentication.

c) Usage data

  • Vocal generations you create (stored audio files, associated metadata)
  • Lyrics and creative inputs you submit — these are transmitted to ElevenLabs to generate the audio output
  • Subscription and billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store payment card details)
  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To create and manage your account
  • To authenticate your identity when you sign in
  • To provide the vocal generation service and store your generated audio
  • To process subscription payments and manage your credit balance
  • To send transactional emails (e.g. email verification, billing receipts)
  • To improve and maintain the Service
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or share it with advertisers.

3. Google User Data — Limited Use

Information obtained through Google Sign-In is used exclusively to:

  • Verify your identity and create your EDMVocals.io account
  • Associate your generated vocals and credit balance with your account

We do not transfer, share, or use Google user data for any secondary purpose, including advertising, training AI models, or sale to third parties. Access to Google user data is limited to what is necessary to provide the Service to you.

4. How We Store Your Data

Your account data and generated audio files are stored using Supabase, a managed database and storage platform. Data is stored on servers within the United States. Supabase applies industry-standard security controls including encryption at rest and in transit.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We never store your payment card details on our servers.

AI vocal generation is powered by ElevenLabs. When you generate a vocal, your lyrics and generation settings are transmitted to ElevenLabs to produce the audio. ElevenLabs processes this data under their own Privacy Policy. We do not share your account identity (name or email) with ElevenLabs — only the generation request content.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Supabase (data storage), Stripe (payments), and ElevenLabs (AI audio generation) receive data necessary to operate the Service. Specifically, ElevenLabs receives your lyrics and generation settings to produce audio output. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process.
  • Business transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and generated audio files for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or billing purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Revoke Google Sign-In access at any time via your Google account settings

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. For material changes — particularly those affecting how we handle Google user data — we will notify you via email or a prominent in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
